It was too magnified for me and I wanted to be able to put my makeup on without putting my contacts in. I bought another one with 5 times magnification and it is perfect. The 9 was too much.

I have bought a few make-up mirrors over the past few years and I returned each one because the light wasn't bright enough. Not only is the lighting on this mirror great, it's easy to store and folds up neatly into itself. Highly recommended.

This cosmetic mirror is super bright, just what I wanted. I've only used the 1x side because on the 9x side, not every area of the mirror is in focus. This would be an excellent lighted mirror except that the wiring may be defective. Sometimes after I flip on the on switch, the light doesn't turn on. Only after I jiggle the wire a little would the light now turn on. I'm just afraid one day the jiggling trick doesn't work.

Love this mirror, great illumination and magnification. Let's you see every detail without having to wear the reading glasses (a must-have after you reach a certain age). Nice that it folds flat for traveling, would not go anywhere without it.

This is a great mirror! I work at a day spa and this mirror works just as good as a professional magnifying light. It also packs up neatly!
