This is an alright tool for under twenty dollars. The scissors are pretty versatile, i can cut wires and paper with them, the only thing is that it doesn't really leave a clean cut on rope, i ended up using the knife for that. The knife holds its edge, and sharpens easily. There is no Philips head screw driver but the fatheads work just as well. The ruler is pretty simple, although the tool itself limits the amount of numbered markings. The tweezers are useless, at least the one on my tool. Your fingers have to be at least a fourth of an inch from the tip of to get it to close, and the tips on my tweezers aren't even so i can get a good close. Other than that the tools OK. Everything opens nicely, the tool is practical for small applications.

The scissors work fantastic considering their size and the knife is the sharpest I've seen in a mini-multitool. nice size, lightweight, sexy look. Ruler and nail file are unnecessary. It may sometimes pinch your fingers when first getting used to it(but what multitool doesn't?). It's a good item to keep with you at all times. Overall its my favorite of my 3 mini multitools.

I was originally going to get the skeletool, but after seeing it at Walmart yesterday it looked too big. This made me much happier about my purchase. The Micra fits well with my keys, but it is a little heavy. The weight isn't a big deal considering all the utility you get. One problem is the knife is a bit small, but it is probably not big enough to have police hassling you about carrying a concealed weapon. If I didn't work in an office the pliers might have been a better choice. Overall it is great for everyday situations where you need a small tool quickly.

I purchased the Micra for a birthday present for myself after having eyeballed it for awhile! SO glad I did. I always have this tool close at hand, and use it multiple times a day. I am a lady, so I like something small, unobtrusive, that I can carry in my pocketbook or pocket without it being bulky. (I work in a grocery store. I use it for cutting out coupons, opening boxes, filing my nails, and in general for light duty things.) I first received a gerber clutch, and this tool is far superior to the gerber.
Pros:
Compact size, VERY lightweight
scissors work great
Knife blade extremely sharp
File useable
Key ring attachment keeps it at hand
Folds up small, nothing to snag delicate fabrics or be bulky
Cons: have to unfold the whole thing to get at the Knife blade. If you try to use it, there is danger of cutting oneself. BUT the blade is really sharp and strong for as small as this is.
Tweezers not really useable because they are part of the whole chassis, BUT they also never get lost.

I've been using this gadget for the past 6 months. Its awesome. I hook it to my bunch of keys and thus its always with me in my pocket. In many circumstances when I needed a scissors / knike to open some sort of packaging, I can conveniently grab it from my pocket. Its so handly that many of my relatives and friends are amazed by its compact size.
The point is not just the compact size and weight. It delivers a quality that other scissors and knife of similar size can never match. The sharpness & efficiency of the scissors is fantastic. It can cut throught thick and stiff plastic. The knife is also very sharp.
I strongly recommend getting this gadget for your everyday use. It is also a good idea to get this as a gift for your loved ones as its something that I deem versatile, flexible, efficient, useful. Even a non-DIY person will love it simply for its scissors!
