 Great product (if it arrived), but poor company (Blutekusa)Aug 15, 2010
I ordered 2 of these Contigo travel mugs to be sent directly my godparents address as gifts because I have had great experience with these mugs (order fulfiled directly by Amazon). But Amazon didn't have the color I wanted this time so I placed the order from Blutekusa, also through Amazon.
I waited, and waited. Nothing. Emailed Blutek, they called back to say the package was "stuck in the post office". This was impossible because 1. we did not receive any notification in our mail. 2. This was an address I had used regularly for my Amazon address book with no prior problems.
They said they will reship. Again, I waited... NOTHING again!
Finally, I gave up and canceled the order (ONE MONTH after my orginal order date), and ordered a different colored set from Amazon instead of Blutekusa, they arrived in 2 days! What a difference.
Now, here's what made me write this feedback. I received a reminder email from Amazon later to give my feedback on Bluetekusa, so I wrote exactly what happened. I got a call very soon from Blutekusa asking me to remove the feedback, with a promise of sending me a gift for my inconvenience... I asked that they send it to a my home address instead "just to be safe" since they had problems with my godparent's address... that was some 2 WEEKS ago! Still nothing!
So in conclusion, I would say, Contigo Autoseal mugs are fantastic. I love them. But, if you have to buy them, make sure it's from Amazon, and NEVER from BlutekUSA.
